Certain equipment is required at each level of study. Below is a breakdown of what is required by level.

Cun Tao- Required gear* Poekoelan 3rd Phase - Required gear
  • White Gi

  • Hand Gear ("Punches")
  • Foot Gear ("Kicks")
  • Groin Protection
  • Mouth Guard

*While we do not require it, we recommend groin protection and mouth guards at all levels of study.
